Simultaneously evoking rough and smooth aesthetics, the structures were infused with a mix of a warm ivory and Corfiot earth color concrete and traditional stones of the island that together with the geometric lines resulting in an effortless connection with nature.

The most dominant feature of the exterior area is the fresh water pool, with the water element contrasting beautifully the earthly tones that decorate the exterior. An outside dining area along with a sitting area will offer you care-free moments under the sun, where you can enjoy the water and have the best time to remember.

The interior areas are designed in a minimal style with boho touches and wooden furnishing. The maisonette style offer a sense of extended space of two levels, with two bedrooms on the first floor level and a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dinning area and spacious living room with pool view , being ready to offer you moments of relaxation and amusement. The two bedrooms can accommodate four persons comfortably and are equipped with comfortable double beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower , offering elegance with the wooden decorations and touches, both have private balconies. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an extra person.

Gouvia is one of the most developed touristic destinations near the city of Corfu.

Gouvia offers a fully organized beach with shallow waters, ideal for swimming, watersports and a large, modern marina  used for docking and replenishing boats. Gouvia connects with the city of Corfu by urban bus which runs every half hour from dawn till dusk.

Gouvia built on a natural bay, used to be a fisherman’s village named by the fish govious or gouvious – which is the name for the fish black gobi – which were fished in the area. In 1537, the residence was unsuccessfully besieged by the turkish fleet, commanded by Barbarosa. Two centuries later, after a similar attempt, the Venetians fortified the port and built a dockyard there. The ruins of the Venetian dockyards which were built during the 18^th century can be found next to the beach. The only things remaining from the old impressive Venetian edifice where they built their ships, are some arches.
