Dining with The Durrells

Introducing a new and unique dining experience- Dining with The Durrells!!

One of our boats will pick you up from your location and make you feel like a true Durrell.

First we’ll show you the beautiful Venetian Villa in “Kontokali”, that served as the Durrell family home in the acclaimed TV-series.

Then we head towards the small island of Lazareto, where you can see the monastery built during the Venetian occupation. The island was used as a quarantine station, hosting ships for around 40 days in order to avoid the contamination of the locals during epidemics. Apart from exploring the island you can have a swim there.

Afterwards we head to the famous & multi-awarded The White House restaurant, that was the actual home of Lawrence and Nancy Durrell. There you can enjoy a gourmet lunch and select your favorite items to buy from the wide variety of souvenirs, card postals and handmade gifts as well as a book collection including rare books, all related to our favourite family.
