Villa Water Lilly is situated about 200 metres back from the picturesque pebble beach of Coyevinas with its clear turquoise waters and beautiful views of Corfu’s Northeast Coast. In walking distance of the beautiful harbour town of Kassiopi and within easy reach of Avlaki Beach, this 5-bedroom villa is a perfect hide away for two families.

Newly renovated, Villa Water Lilly provides modern but incredibly comfortable surroundings. Built over 2 floors the top floor is home to the open plan kitchen & living area, master bedroom with ensuite as well as 2 further bedrooms and a shower room. All rooms benefit from immediate access to the terrace.

Entry to the basement floor is via an open staircase that leads down to the TV room and two further bedrooms each with their own ensuite.
This modern but stylish villa has been tastefully decorated to successfully unite English comfort with Mediterranean sophistication. With white washed oak flooring and air conditioning throughout the villa is one of comfort and relaxation.

Furnished for lounging and al fresco dining, the outdoor terrace leads down to a good-sized swimming pool, Jacuzzi Hot Tub, built in BBQ and far-reaching views of the sea and coastline.
The villa comfortably sleeps 11 people via 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 shower room.

Avlaki is a very beautiful beach with emerald and deep blue waters which you can find just outside of Kassiopi. Avlaki is a large beach ideal with crystal clear waters. This location is ideal for relaxation, strolling, horseback riding and diving.

From Avlaki begins a lovely path with signs in all the Peninsula of Erimitis which leads to entirely secluded, idyllic beaches and to three lakes of the region, significant wetlands, Savoura , at a close distance, Vromolimni and Akoli.
